My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chester! Chester is a playful, silly, and somewhat dramatic guy who loves his toys, long walks, and any opportunity to roll around with joy. He is potty trained, crate trained and treat motivated. Though he's a big softy who adores lounging near (or on) his favorite humans, Chester needs a bit of help with his manners. He’s got a habit of enthusiastically "greeting" bigger dogs from a distance with a loud bark, so he’ll do well with a confident person who can guide him through socialization and be consistent with his leash training. While he likes smaller dogs, he can get overly excited and needs slow introductions to keep everyone comfortable. He’s even fine with dog-savvy cats. Chester is sometimes shy with new people due to past trauma, but once he warms up to you, he’s the most loyal, loving friend you've ever had!
