My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boa Boa was left behind by family going back to China. The relative was going to dump him in a kill pound - he had no where to put him. We networked him for a resuce or adopter or foster. NO ONE stepped up. He was in northern Cal. We had a pal get him and bring him to Ventura to boarding. He is safe but really needs home or foster. Poor boy was confused and sad but now he is better nd is taking treats from volunteers.Boa Boa is STUNNING.

More about this rescue

We are a very small group of people dedicated to helping, saving, re-homing, educating, advising people about chows and ALL breeds. We are a 501c3 non profit of all volunteers. We network/cross-post to help save animals. We have adoptions and invite people into our 'outreach' program so they can 'show' their dogs. We need volunteers, we need funds to help get the dogs out of shelters and to get vet care. We help dogs of all ages and have saved over 200 chows and mixes as well as other breeds. We need FOSTERS to help the many dogs that needs somewhere safe to go until they find a fabulous, loving home. We advocate spay and neuter and also giving every dog a chance no matter how old, or infirm or grouchy. They all change with good care and love and proper direction.
