Meet Darcy
Darcy is a 40-pound female Greyhound-Rottweiler mix born on December 27, 2023. She’s currently living in an apartment but would do best in a home with a yard where she can run and play freely.
About Darcy:
• Affectionate and Playful: Darcy loves attention and is very energetic. Once she warms up to people, she’s friendly and enjoys being part of the action.
• Trained: She knows sit, paw, and wait/stay, and she walks well on a leash.
• Apartment-Trained: She knows where to go for bathroom needs, though she would benefit from outdoor space.
• Quirks: Darcy has a habit of whining at the microwave but is otherwise well-behaved.
Health:
• Darcy is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations (next due in 2025). She has no known health issues.
Why We’re Rehoming:
We adopted Darcy from a shelter when she was young. However, as she’s grown, it’s clear she needs more space and activity than we can provide in an apartment. We want to find her a home that suits her energetic nature
