My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wally’s a 6yo 14lb Havanese mix. He’s dog and kid 13+ friendly. He’s housetrained. He’s good with a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks which he loves so he can say hello to all the people/dogs he meets. He loves other dogs especially ones who play with him. He’s not a big fan of being held since he has some pain from his hip surgery, but will come next to his person on occasion for some belly rubs. He is pretty calm and relaxed but if something doesn’t make him comfortable he will growl to let you know.

Wally’s foster requires he have another playful dog, be allowed to sleep in bed with his people and be taken on walks a few times a day for exercise and socialization. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far.

Wally came to Tiny Paws after being hit by a car where we made sure he had surgery on his hip. He is on meds to keep him comfortable which he will need for his lifetime twice a day. He’s neutered, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently in Bensalem, PA.
