My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SHELTER IS FULL and this dog needs you NOW!

WE ARE COURTESY POSTING THIS DOG FOR THE MORENO VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER TO HELP THEM FIND A HOME. The shelter is severely overcrowded and desperately needs help. Dogs are being turned in higher numbers than the shelter can accommodate, therefore many are losing their lives due to lack of cage space. We are helping get the word out of their immediate need. Please save this deserving pooch and clear a kennel for another dog in need today!

PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS POST IF INTERESTED IN FOSTERING FOR A RESCUE UNTIL THEY FIND A FOREVER HOME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ADOPT BUT CAN HELP BY FOSTERING (INCLUDE YOUR LOCATION/CITY AND HOW LONG YOU CAN FOSTER)

This beautiful dog is located in the Moreno Valley shelter. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions. Thank you!

RAMON #A538974
I am described as a male, black and red Doberman Pinscher.
The shelter thinks I am about 1 year and 1 month old.
I weigh approximately 68.80 lbs.

STAFF NOTES:
During impound the dog was nervous, but after giving him some treats (which he ate very carefully out of my hand) he was sweet. He let me touch him and look over his body. He does get nervous around new people passing by.

Additional adoption info

Upon initial inquiry on one of our pets, we begin the process by having all potential adopters complete an adoption application. If approved, we then set up a face to face meeting with the pet you are interested in. A home and yard check is required prior to adoption. Once adoption is finalized, an adoption fee is collected, an adoption contract is agreed to and signed by both parties, and the animal is turned over to it's new adoptive owner/family. Follow ups take place during the first month to insure the pet and the household is adjusting to the pet, and any issues, questions or concerns are addressed.
