My name is Grizzly!

Grizzly (poodle/newfoundland mix) is an amazing 5 year old pup which is why we have to re home her. She deserves a more comfortable environment and the weather here in Alaska has not been kind to her. Due to her thick coat( minimum shedding) and big paws she is hard to keep dry after snow activities resulting in her paws and skin getting too dry. As a result we have had to keep her indoors for far too many days than we would like. We are looking for a loving home outside of Alaska where she can thru e and not have to stay inside to avoid long winter weather. She lives our kids and and is a gentle giant and would do well in a home with children. She is potty trained and knows a few tricks. She loves to lay next to you and cuddle at your feet. She tends to gravitate to other people but does well with other dogs too. She lounges most of the day but enjoys her outdoor time. We are flying her back to Maryland in December to stay with family until we can rehome so she will be local.
