Hey there, I’m Joe, a handsome, tri-color boxer mix with a heart full of love! At 13 years young and a solid 62 pounds, I might be an older fella, but I still have plenty of pep in my step and tricks up my paw! I know all my basics—sit, stay, shake, and lay down—and I’ll happily show off if you have a treat or two.

I was found wandering and brought here to the shelter on 11/01/2024. Turns out, I’ve got a little heartworm situation, but no worries—the shelter is ready to provide the treatment if that’s what you’d like. My shots are all up to date, and I’m in cage #27 with ID 5739, waiting for a family who sees just how much love and loyalty I have left to give. Come meet me, and let’s bring this sweet old man back to where he belongs: a cozy home, right by your side.
