Max as expected from any Jack Russell is a very active dog even though he is 13 years old. Of course he has slowed down a little, but he does baffle me.
I received him from my son when my son was deployed to Iraq . He attained Max as a puppy in Hawaii and brought him to California for me to take care of him and I have had Max since .
Max does not hear, but he can pick up very loud noises.
He is an outside dog, but when it gets cold I bring him in to the house.
He use to bark at anything, but has really reduced his barking since he cannot listen.
He is playful, thick headed( since he cannot hear), independent.
