Ellis has limited vision after being found with badly infected eyes, but he doesn’t let that stop him! He’s safe now and oh so happy, healthy, and loving. He keeps up with his feline friends just fine, running and playing to his little heart’s content.

Those interested in adopting are requested to fill out an adoption application. After the application is reviewed and approved, the adopter is required to sign an adoption contract.

Animal Rescue Carolina (ARC) is a no-kill,501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is four-fold: 1) to promote spay-neuter, 2) to restore stray animals to good medical health, before adopting them into permanent, loving homes, 3) to encourage Trap, Neuter, and Return(TNR) and, 4) to educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals.
