My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piston and his siblings will be on the Freedom Ride to NJ for our Nov. 16-17 adoption event at Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ.  If interested in adopting Piston please fill out our application at www.SoCoRescue.com & select Forms (no need to login).  No phone calls please.

Last August a litter of four pups ( Pasco, Pixel, Pumpkin and Pruitt ) were found as strays along an isolated road. Those pups made their way to New Jersey in Sept and most have already found new homes. Shortly after those pups were found, another person found five very similar looking puppies not far from where the first four had been found. Since both sets of pups were found in close proximity to each other and only days apart, it's thought that the pups are siblings.

Piston is the largest among this half of the litter and has assumed the role as leader and protector of these pups. He's very friendly and personable, gets along great with other pups his size. With proper training, Piston will make a great addition into just about any home situation.

Piston is neutered & has received an update on his annual vaccinations, de-wormings and preventative care. You'll want to check with your vet to see if they recommend any additional vaccinations, etc. Piston will need all of his basic training.
