We have owned Rory since he was a kitten. He is incredibly affectionate, calm and friendly. Rory loves sitting on your lap or sleeping with you, and enjoys playing as well. He's very well behaved, really a perfect cat!
Our highly-sensitive toddler is nervous around cats (no incidents ever), and with lifestyle changes, we are too busy to give Rory the attention we feel he deserves. A few months ago, he started chewing the fur off his belly. The vet says there are no obvious health indicators, but he may be feeling anxiety, or have some kind of allergies.
We have recently switched his food (info below), and it does seem like he is chewing his fur less.
We think Rory will be happier in another home, with a family that can give him a little more attention.
