My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Henny as an older puppy from a family who crated him 12 plus hours a day. He was very very hyper. He's been a farm dog, living inside for his life with us. I have children, a mother to take care of and other animals. I believe more attention from a main person would do him well. He is great on and off leash. Has been raised around kids and all types of animals. He needs to be rehomed because every once in a blue moon, he'll snap at my older male pit bull (both neutered) and get into a fight. He has never with any other female dogs. I believe he would like to be the alpha male, but that won't happen in our household. If it wasn't wasn't that, I would keep him but I have an almost 2 year old and my husband is at work full time. So it's a lot for me to keep them separated or pick up on his cues when he's about to overreact. He also has noise phobias. Fireworks, gun shots etc. That is manageable for me. He would definitely make someone a great companion!
