Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I have a young, Flame Point Himalayan that I adopted from my local shelter at the end of September. She was estimated to be 2 years old, but she is probably closer to 9 or 10 months old. She is extremely active, i.e. jumping on my two other adult Persians whenever they go to eat or use their litter boxes, biting their ears, etc. I was hoping she would mellow, but she is atypical of the breed (in my experience), and continues to be relentless. I work from home and try to redirect her but, I am concerned about the stress she is causing to my older cats. This is not an easy decision for me, but I do not think this is a good match. I am looking for a home without any other cats or maybe a home with another younger cat (or maybe even a dog). Essie is a good eater, and she is litterbox compliant.
Please let me know if you think you would be a potential match.
