My name is Chase!

Chase is a Golden Retriever mix who is 9 months old and about 40lbs currently. Located in Aurora, Colorado 80017.

The Good:
He loves being around people and dogs of similar size and is very playful with our black lab mix. With people he is the most friendly puppy and will often shake his butt so much in excitement and will roll over to get his belly and chest rubbed. For a puppy he is very relaxed and calm and often wants to just sit or lay down with company.

The bad:
Chase has also been crate-trained but is having a lot of difficulty house training even with positive reinforcement. He is pretty smart, but not the most obedient - training must be heavily reinforced with him. He is still a puppy - expect chewing and destruction if he is not supervised. I would prefer (not required) to see him go to an experienced family with one member who works at home or is a full time homemaker.
