Meet our handsome scruffy guy named Bob Marley! Bob Marley is about 1 year old and he was surrendered to our shelter after his owner left him behind with a family member and never came back for him. This family member already had a dog and could not handle owning 2 dogs. Bob Marley is an outgoing and friendly guy who loves to get attention! He gets playful zoomies outside, but he is not overly energetic. Bob Marley has short little legs, a long wide body, and he weighs approximately 20 lbs. We are not sure what breed mix he actually is. We are guessing from his looks that he is some type of Terrier and/or Schnauzer mix. Bob Marley gets along with other dogs and he can go to a home with kids 10 years old and older who have experience with dogs.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
