My name is Odie!

Odie is a good boy, who loves to play outside and explore. He’s sweet and gets along well with other dogs, our cats, and our children (ages 1-16). We love him and are looking for a loving home that can give him the time and care he needs. I have a newborn and have found it hard to get him the exercise and cuddles he craves now that our life is busier. He winds up being off on his own a lot due to my work schedule and family schedule, and he really does better with some attention. I will be very sad to have to say goodbye to him, but we are no longer able to give him the home he deserves. He has an intense desire to explore due to his breed, and having him cooped up in our home all day is heartbreaking when he was so used to freedom and walks and lots of mental stimulation outdoors. He’s house broken and crate trained and does well when left home alone when needed. He will bring so much joy to your home. He’s so silly and funny. He does sometimes still jump and bump into you.
