Rio was brought in by his previous owner on November 11, 2024.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Rio, who can be timid at first and is still getting used to human companionship. We know that once he adjusts, he'll blossom into a wonderful guinea pig! Male guinea pigs need large enclosures with a lot of ground space (10+ square feet) to run around and stay healthy. An easy and inexpensive way to give your guinea pig a DIY palace is called a C&C fleece lined cage (Google it!). They will need unlimited timothy hay to munch on, extra space to run around in, and toys to keep him active and enriched! Healthy greens, veggies, and pellets are also an essential part of his diet, as well as a daily dose of vitamin C! If you'd like to learn more about adding Rio to your family, come in and ask about him today! Don't forget to bring a secure carrier for safe journey home!
