My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TOM

Available for Adoption

Meet Tom: Your Cuddle Expert!

Tom is a charming, small-sized pooch with a low-shedding coat, perfect for those who want a furry friend without the extra cleanup. This sweet soul was discovered roaming the streets of Chicago, dreaming of a cozy forever home to call his own.

If you're looking for a canine cuddler, Tom's your guy! His favorite pastimes include snuggling up close and enjoying relaxing massages. Be prepared to make room on your couch because Tom's idea of heaven is being right by your side.

Though a bit shy at first with new faces, Tom quickly transforms into what his foster family calls a 'perfect angel' once he feels comfortable. His gentle protective nature means he'll keep a watchful eye on his loved ones, making him a devoted family companion.

Give this cuddle-loving pup a chance, and he'll fill your home with warmth, love, and endless affection. Ready to meet your new snuggle buddy? Come visit Tom today!

I have been microchipped and will be neutered and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines. My adoption fee is $325. For more information or if you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption survey at carenorthshore.org/dog-adoption-survey

Our fees include a full medical exam by a veterinarian. This includes a Feline Leukemia and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) test for cats, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, deworming and Spay/Neuter. Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
