My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Foster Needed - email toni@doggoneseattle.org

Animal Profile: Puppy 3 is a 11 week old Cattle Dog Mix who will be joining us with his 2 brothers on 11/04/2024 via our TX partner Saving Shelter Strays. the puppies were picked up as strays in a part of town that is sadly full of street dogs.  A good samaritan saw them running around an abandoned lot and brought them in to our rescue partner. They are currently in a foster home waiting for their freedom ride to the PNW to find their forever homes.

Foster Update:  Meet Grogu, an 11-week-old Cattle Dog cross with ears that are nothing short of legendary ! These large, expressive ears are just one of the many things that make Grogu a total heartbreaker. With a personality that’s as sweet as he is curious, Grogu is always ready for an adventure. Whether he's exploring the garden, chasing after his favorite toys, or simply following you around, his playful energy and inquisitive nature shine through. Although Grogu loves to be near his people and will happily be your shadow wherever you go, he’s a little shy when it comes to being picked up, but h e’s loves to be cuddled, and he’ll always let you know when he’s ready for some love and affection. Grogu’s loving and affectionate side is always present, making him a constant companion who is sure to win your heart. He’s the perfect balance of playful puppy and sweet, loyal friend. Grogu’s potty training is going very well and he has only had a couple of accidents inside the house. He is getting used to his crate and settles down quickly. He is quickly picking up commands, he comes when called and is learning sit. If you are ready for a lifetime of love, exploration, and snuggles, Grogu is excited to grow alongside his family and share every moment of joy along the way!
