My name is Betty!

My name is Betty and I a super-sweet companion but I am in need of a new home. Here's my story in a nutshell: I am about ten years old and I'm in great health. I love other dogs and cats. I really love people and I snuggle, nuzzle, and listen to commands well and am happy at home when people are there. I walk well on a leash, have all my shots, and am the life of any gathering. So, you may ask, why do I need a new home? Well, since the end of Covid when my mom went back to work I have had separation anxiety. Most days I'm fine but sometimes I get anxious and I try (and have succeeded in) escape. My mom has tried everything to keep me safe in the house but I get lonely and scared (even with the cat and my sister-dog). If you or someone you know who is home all day would like to give me a home then Ill reward you with love, kisses, and companionship. Can you help me? Don't judge my mom. She's given me a great life for seven years after rescuing me from the shelter.
