My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The "board game club" presents seven delightful Catahoula/ Lab mix puppies. These gentle and cuddly companions are awaiting adoption. All are coming into their own personalities, love being held and playing with their chew bones. They will require a fenced yard for extensive playtime, exercise, exploring and the confidence to succeed with their house training. To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Additional adoption info

Tour/Adoption Hours:

Fridays: 3pm – 5pm
Saturdays: 11am – 2pm

During adoption hours we have volunteers available to show dogs and cats to the public. For safety/insurance reasons we can only allow those 12 years or older to go into the dog kennel wing of the shelter. We ask all visitors not to stick their fingers/hands into the dog kennels. Our adoptable dogs and cats are viewable through our website. Everyone interested in applying for a dog or cat must submit an application through our website. We receive multiple applications for each animal. Applications for particular animals are based on best fit for each animal based on each animal’s behaviors and needs. An application not being selected for a particular animal does not necessarily mean the application was denied, but just that another application was approved.

Go to www.hsnwga.org to apply for a cat or dog.
