Tonka and Rip ARE SWEET AND LOVING. THEY WALK WELL ON A LEASH AND CHECK BACK WITH THEIR HUMAN REG. DURING THIER WALK. THEY PREFER TO BE TOGETHER IN A CRATE, KENNEL OR LOOSE THESE 2 ARE JOINED AT THE HIP.
THEY ARE STILL VERY MUCH IN THE PUPPY STAGE OF LIFE.. WE ARE ALMOST TO THE END OF IT.. AS LONG AS THEY HAVE TOYS THEY DON'T CHEW ON THINGS THEY SHOULDN'T.
THEY ARE KENNEL REACTIVE. MEANING INSIDE THE HOUSE THEY LOVE THE CATS AND ALL THE OTHER ANIMALS WHEN OUTSIDE THIER KENNEL. INSIDE THIER KENNEL THEY ARE REACTIVE TO ANIMALS WALKING BY. BUT, WILL LOVE ON THEM WHEN THEY GET CLOSE. THEY JUST LIKE TO BARK.
Age: 1 year Weight: 50 lb Temperament: Good with other dogs and cats, just needs proper introduction, good with kids Training: Housetrained, crate trained . Vetting: spayed, up to date on vaccines, HW slow treatment is underway and paid for. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself.

We are 100% volunteer/foster based, so we do ask that you complete an adoption application in order for us to schedule a phone interview.
Interview
After reviewing your application, we'll contact you to determine if dog is a good fit for your lifestyle and home.
Approve Application
We check vet and personal references to ensure previous dogs were well cared for, so please be thorough in providing this info.
Home Check
This enables the dog to get to know you and your home and for us to suggest anything they may need to be successful in your home.
Sign Adoption Contract
You would also pay the fee at this time, however, we offer a 2 week trial period before cashing your check. We will always take dogs back.
