My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Indigo! Indigo is a beautiful Merle girl that we think has Catahoula and Lab in her.  She was born August 30th and at just 10 weeks weighs just over 8lbs. She will be a medium sized dog when fully grown between 40-50lbs.  She has the most beautiful blue eyes and they really stand out paired with her dark blue merle coat. She loves people, other dogs, and enjoys the company and playtime with kids.  This charming puppy has an impressively  sweet disposition that is not high energy and pretty chill for a puppy. She is part of a litter of 10 puppies whose mom was taken in by a sweet woman after being abandoned by her owner. Soon after mama was taken in, she was found to be pregnant. After taking care of mama and puppies for 9 weeks, this young woman  reached out to Critter Cavalry Rescue to help find their fur-ever homes. If interested in adopting sweet Indigo, reach out to Critter Cavalry Rescue!  Email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.
