-Nugget came in as an owner surrender after his guinea pig friends died and his owner didn’t want to bother getting him new friends :(. He is a super sweet, laid back boy who likes being petted and just wants to snuggle in his bed or on his comfy blankets. He’d be a good piggy for couch cuddling time! Nugget is living alone, and can be adopted on his own or as a friend for another male guinea pig. Like all guinea pigs, he runs initially when you go to catch him but settles in quickly when you hold him. All potential adopters will be fully screened and must fill out an application and come meet the animal they wish to adopt. No animals will ever be shipped. We are a small animal rescue located in western Pennsylvania, within driving distance of cleveland and Pittsburgh. We specialize in cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other small creatures. We are here for all that are in desperate need of a home, whether that be from neglect or abandonment.
