Age: 5 months (as of 11/5/2024)
Weight: 35 lbs (as of 11/5/2024)
This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
Meet Sweet Pea! Sweet Pea is a special young lady with an unbelievable personality! She has been living with a foster family with three dogs and a cat. She is playful and respects corrections from the resident dogs and shows interest and respects corrections from the resident cat. She is calm going new places in the car and settles quickly.
Sweet Pea loves to go on adventures and play chase or tug-o-war with her dog acquaintances. She also enjoys squeaky toys (the squeakier the better!), chew toys, and playing fetch (she’s working on it!). She is also quiet and happy to chill with a bone or curl up on the couch for a nap with her people.
Sweat Pea has just begun her house, crate, and leash training, and is making good progress. We strongly encourage basic obedience training for all our puppies, as it not only helps your puppy blossom into a well-balanced canine citizen with good manners, but it also helps to form a lasting bond between your puppy and the humans in your family. It’s also fun and rewarding for both you and your puppy!
Sweat Pea is a gentle and affectionate pup with quite a personality! She can’t wait to shower her new family with all the love she has to give. Will it be you? Cuddles and kisses await!
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
