Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jacques!
Age: Senior
Breed: Brittany Spaniel
Weight: 40 lbs
House trained: Yes
Crate trained: Yes, but not needed
This certified GOOD BOY is definitely ready for his forever home! Jacques was a well-loved dog and enjoys being loved by his humans. Whether a single human home or a family, Jacques will love and thrive in any scenario. His love doesn’t stop at humans, this sweet boy is very dog friendly AND cat friendly, he’s very tolerant and shares his toys. with anyone.
He is considered a senior due to age but this pup is young at heart. Jacques still has the energy for fast walks or fetch with his humans, plus plays wonderfully with other dogs. His breed would suggest high energy but he definitely comes in at a medium level and on some days low. He is also not a big hunter as his breed suggests, he even maintains his composure when squirrels invade the yard or on a walk!
Jacques has excellent house manners (not a single accident in his foster home), crate trained (but doesn’t need to be) and up to date on vaccines. He does fabulously in the car and would love to accompany you to pet stores, farmers markets or anywhere you wish. Mr. Manners even has some basic commands down and listens very well. He does like to greet you with some vocals or alert you the Amazon man is here, but honestly….that is his job! In his foster home, Jacques loves to sleeps on the couch, in a bed or even in a crate and sleeps like a baby. This cozy boy would be forever grateful for a forever home, maybe it’s yours?
**Jacques is being fostered in the Hartland area
