My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hank!

Hank ended up in our shelter because he was the last of a litter that they couldn’t sell. We don’t know how anyone could pass him up! Look at those ears! He’s adorable, very sweet, and LOVES people. He gets along with dogs and cats here at the shelter and will be an amazing addition to a family!

Hank is a hound mix and loves to play with any and all toys. He’s learning to walk on a leash and learning some basic commands from our staff here. He’s ready to be in a home!

Hank is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, and is too young to heartworm check.

Additional adoption info

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.
