Boone is up for adoption through no fault of his own. His owners had health issues that made it hard to properly care for him. Understandably, he is confused and scared but will adjust to a new home if given time. He is very 'low key' and enjoys sitting in a window or cat tree where he can see outside activity. He would do best in a quiet home as an only cat. He also loves to be brushed.

More about this rescue

We are a rescue group on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that fosters cats and kittens in our homes until they are ready to be adopted. All our fosters are spayed or neutered, SNAP tested, given meds for fleas and parasites and have all shots that are age appropriate. We put our adoptable pets in Petsmart for the public to interact with and to fill out adoption paperwork. We are a nonprofit organization that operates with a staff of volunteers that manage the adoption center at Petsmart, staff shows and adoptathons throughout the year and take homeless cats and kittens into their homes until they are ready for adoption. We are totally dependent on grants and donations to cover our expenses for our foster cats.
