Night's my name, stealing hearts is my game! I'm a 2.5-month-old medium-haired female kitten. My favorite hobby is birdwatching. My foster mom says I am a joy to be around..no really, she said that! I am perfect in every way. I'm your typical playful girl and love my foster family's other cat and senior dog. I expect applications immediately, so you better get to fillin' it out right away!

Adoption applications are required and are available on our website. We do require references and interview potential adopters. All animals will be current on the vaccinations, microchipped and be either spayed or neutered before the adoption is finalized.
Our dog adoption fees range from $150.00 to $275.00 depending on the age of the dog. Cat adoption fees are $50.00.

The Appalachian Highlands Humane Society is a private non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to the welfare of all animals. We do not receive public or government funding, and no monies from national humane organizations or county, state or federal government funds. Our work depends solely on grants, fundraisers, adoptions, private funding, memberships and donations. The fees collected from the adoption of each animal help to offset some of the costs involved in providing care for the animals and preparing an animal for placement into a new home. We value every animal equally and consider all to be priceless
