My name is Astro!

Meet Astro! Astro is a 1-year-old, 50-pound mix of… well, we're not entirely sure, but we know he’s a perfect blend of charm, enthusiasm, and love! This handsome boy hasn’t met a human or dog he doesn’t adore, and he’s always ready to make a new friend.

Though Astro's early life may not have been the easiest, it certainly hasn’t held him back. He’s fully vaccinated, neutered, and all set to find his forever home. Whether it’s playing fetch, going for walks, or simply curling up for some snuggle time on the couch, Astro is excited to be by your side for it all!

Astro is looking for a family who can match his energy and love for life. He’ll happily accompany you on outdoor adventures or just hang out at home, soaking up all the attention. His big, sweet eyes and goofy smile are sure to steal your heart, and his loyalty will make him the best companion you could ask for.

If you are interested in adopting Astro, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.  

**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
