This is Lennon from the Beatles litter. She has been hanging out with us while recovering from a badly broken leg. She was reported to have been hit by a car prior to coming to SAAP. Lennon’s siblings were all adopted in September, and now she’s finally ready to start looking for her forever family. This little cutie had the pins in her leg removed a few weeks ago, and she is recovering nicely. She will be ready for adoption in a few weeks. Don’t wait to get your apps in for this adorable girl with the cutest little underbite!! Lennon is listed as a collie mix, but foster mom thinks there may be some Aussie in there too!! She is fostered in a busy household with kids, cats and dogs. She’s a bit too energetic with the kittens but has learned to leave the adult cats alone after a few swipes to the nose!!

You are required to sign a legally binding contact on your new pet. As part of that contract, should you no longer be able to keep the animal for any reason, the animal MUST be surrendered back to SAAP. This is to ensure the animal is placed back in foster care while we secure a new approved home for the animal. However, we always try to ensure that the initial placement is best for the pet and your family. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.

We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?

We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
