Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mongle is a sweet girl who may be a bit shy at first, but she quickly warms up—especially when food is involved! She loves affection and will show her belly when she’s comfortable.
Personality:
She has a gentle demeanor and is easily carried. Although she enjoys saying hello to other dogs, she prefers calmer interactions and can become overwhelmed by overly energetic pups. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as cats; she spent about 1-2 months in a foster home with cats.
Energy Level & Exercise:
With a moderate energy level, Mongle enjoys outdoor walks and is calm indoors. While she does pull on the leash due to her curiosity and desire to sniff everything, she overall enjoys her time outdoors.
Behavior with Resources:
She exhibits some resource guarding behaviors, particularly towards people and other dogs. If you attempt to take something away from her, she may growl or snap. It’s important to approach her with patience in these situations.
Separation and Crate Training:
Mongle does not experience separation anxiety but may develop it if she receives excessive attention from her owner. She will bark if she needs something. In the car, she is calm when in her crate, but she does experience motion sickness, so keeping her in a crate is recommended.
Potty Training:
She is capable of both indoor and outdoor pottying, but with regular outdoor access, she will prefer to go outside.
Mongle is looking for a loving home where she can feel secure and cherished. If you think you can provide the right environment for her, please reach out!
