Mugzy here and I am a gentle boy,

I am apx a 50 pound bulldog/pug and 8 years old. I have had a sorrowful life. I was rescued from horrible conditions. I had lacerations and was teased with light reflections. My rescuer meant well, but he had his own demons he was fighting. We  were best buddies, but he knew he had to let me find a better life.I am good with dogs big and small, children and people. I am house and crate trained. I am low maintenance. I would like a fenced yard, because I love going out side and sniffing. It's really great at my foster's, because I have a dog door too. I don't require much of anything, but I would like my people to only be gone for up to 5 hours. I would like to be loved for my last years. It has been a hard road. I have spent too much time alone. I need a best friend-could you be that?
