Peter!

Hi, I am Peter, but my foster family has been calling me “Hank.” They said someone in the house is also named Peter and it was confusing. I am a yellow lab puppy and am the cutest boy. I have been learning fast! I am almost completely potty trained, working on “sit, down, off, and leave it.” I still have an accident here and there but it’s mainly when my family isn’t paying attention to me. I don’t love my kennel yet but I am getting used to it, I bark a little bit at first and then I calm down. I enjoy playing with other dogs, especially when we are chasing a ball. My foster family has 3 girls who live next door who come to play with me, and I love that! They carry me around, and run up and down the hill with me (then I take a long nap). I love being outside running through leaves, chewing on sticks, and watching my family do yard work. I don’t love my leash - I tend to put the breaks on but eventually start to walk. I’m your typical lab puppy with lab energy, I would love a family who will throw the ball for me and who takes me on adventures outdoors.
