My name is Kanga!

Kanga is 4 years old and we adopted her as a puppy during covid from Colorado Springs Canine Rescue. She is a sweetheart and a great cuddle buddy. She loves to play and run around. We unfortunately do not have a big enough backyard for her and we have dogs on either side of our house. Our back fence is a brick wall that isn’t as high as a wood fence, and she has jumped it before. She is not socialized with other dogs so she is an only pet type of animal as she hasn’t lived with another pet other than fish. She isn’t the best with very young kids but older kids she loves. She is very skittish when meeting new people and tends to bark and growl but she has never been aggressive towards anyone. She jumps when she is excited and needs someone who is active. She does go to a groomer and has never had any problems or aggression there either. She does have high anxiety when getting boarded at pet hotels for vacation so it’s preferable to have someone come to her. She is also crate trained.
