Sometimes we just need a little sparkle in our lives and here she is, little Miss Sparkle. Sparkle is an approx. 1 1/2-year-old, 6-lb., possible long-haired chihuahua/terrier mix. She was found as a stray in Georgia along with her little buddy Sam (who is also ready to be adopted). She was so fearful all she wanted to do was run and hide. In just a few weeks Sparkle has become more trusting and a little cuddly love bug. She wants to sleep right next to you, and cuddle up to watch TV along with her foster siblings. She still has some fear issues and is working very hard to overcome them. She has no aggression issues at all. With a little patience and no pressure on her, her trust becomes stronger and so does her affection. Sparkle loves to go on walks, and is learning that the world is not so scary and at times gets spooked. But she enjoys smelling everything around her. She loves her foster buddies, they play all the time doing zoomies and tug-of-war with toys. They are so happy together. She is great with all dogs and we are requiring a home with another small, playful dog for her. Sparkle does well on car rides, is house trained, and rarely barks. Due to her small size, Sparkle will do best in an all-adult home. She needs a fenced yard and frequent potty breaks. With patience and lots of love, she will get to know you and when she does, she is the sweetest, cutest little girl and will give you so much love and affection in return. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Sparkle, please complete and app and tell us more about you.
