🐕My Story🐕
Hi, I’m Taeyang which means sun in Korean! Like my name means, I’m an energetic, affectionate Husky-Spitz mix with a bright personality and a zest for life. I was given up by my previous family due to unforeseen circumstances, but I’m so ready to find a new, forever home where I can share my loyalty and love.

👨🏻My Social Side 🐕
I’m naturally friendly and can be a bit cautious with new faces, but I warm up quickly, especially if there are treats involved! With kids, I’m gentle and enjoy their company once we’re familiar with each other. I don’t mind being picked up and will even show my belly once we’ve become good friends—it’s my way of saying I trust you.
With other dogs, I get along well, especially in open spaces where we can freely interact. I like to greet new furry friends and can be quite playful, though I prefer calmer, less boisterous buddies. If a dog challenges me, I might respond, so it’s best to introduce us gradually to help us become friends.
🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶
I have a high energy level and thrive with plenty of outdoor activities, like running, playing, and exploring. After a good adventure, I’m more than happy to rest beside you. On walks, I sometimes pull on the leash, but I’m responsive and follow well with gentle guidance. I’m most comfortable in quiet areas, as busier streets with lots of cars can make me a little nervous. When I spot a cat, I might get curious, but I’ll refocus and follow you without much fuss.

💕More About Me😋
At home, I’m not overly protective of my food and happily eat alongside my people. If another dog approaches while I’m eating, I may speak up to communicate my space. I can be vocal if there’s something exciting going on or if I have a request, but it’s only occasional. I also know how to sit and give high-fives—little tricks I’m proud to show off!
I’m comfortable with both indoor pads and outdoor potty breaks, so my new family can choose whichever suits our lifestyle best. Sometimes, in new places, I may leave a little mark (my way of saying, “I was here!”), so gentle reminders help.
When we go on car rides, I’m calm and composed, and I even know how to get in and out of the car on my own.

💌Last Message💌
Overall, I’m a bright, lovable companion looking for a family who’ll enjoy my energetic spirit and friendly nature. If you’re ready to embark on adventures with a loyal friend, I’d love to be your Taeyang! Could you be the forever family I’m waiting for?
