My name is Big Mama!

Meet Big Mama! She is a sweet and shy almost-2 year old girl. She gave birth to 3 kittens on a woman's property. The woman had to move in with her family and could no longer care for Big Mama or her babies and so they were surrendered to 4 Paws. Because she is FIV+ and really shy, we think that's why she's been at the shelter for nearly 8 months.
Big Mama's heart can be won over with wet food and treats. But don't let her name fool you though as she is not overweight - she's just pear-shaped! Her kittens even have the same body shape!
She has very expressive eyes and will let you know when she is nervous or happy. She has a very calm and patient demeanor. Big Mama loves to be pet and especially scratched on her neck. She loves to play and will drag toys into her cage to claim them all as her own! And she loves to climb on cat trees and be up on high surfaces. Big Mama needs to be adopted to a quiet home.
