My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bear is an entertaining, confident, outgoing adolescent black kitty. He loves to be held and to purr and if there is a human lap available he will be in it. He is a very vocal guy that will ask to be held and then keep on talking after he has been picked up. Bear is also so rambunctious with wand toys that he can leap high in the air but doesn’t always land gracefully.

He loves to cuddle with his sister, Belle. Bear would do well in a home with adults only or cat savvy kids over the age of 6 and would likely do well with a calm dog. He needs to be with another young kitty to play with him and share a home. We estimate Bear was born on May 20, 2024. Kitty Bio #581LRo-Bea.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The goal of our adoption process is to place the right cat(s) with the right person. These are the steps:

  1. Pick out a cat or think about the qualities you want in a cat.

  2. Complete our adoption questionnaire.

  3. Meet the cat over a video call with the foster parent or in person to see if the cat is a good fit for your household.

  4. Meet with an adoption counselor over a video call for a virtual home visit to go over a safety checklist.

  5. We will bring the cat to your home to complete the adoption.
