Meet Lucille, an absolute darling 11 week old puppy who was surrendered as a chocolate tri-color Beagle with red ticking and from rabbit hunting lines. Now, whether that is 100% true or not, we cannot be sure! Only DNA can help prove that. Currently she’s 8lbs. She could very well also be mixed. What we DO know is that she is one super sweet, snuggly girl! You MUST be into cuddling because she wants to do it all day long! In between, she likes to do some exploring and running around for a little bit.
Right now she can be a bit frightened of new things and loud noises, so she will need someone to continue working with her on socialization in that way. She adores people though and is happy to play with other animals. Lucille would do great in a calmer home with someone who is around more often or not, or another friendly, confident dog to show her the ropes! She is quickly becoming a potty training pro and is beginning to sleep soundly in her crate at night in her foster home.
Applications can be found at bridgetohome84.org and emailed to chasidy.bthar@gmail.com for consideration.
