My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Tasty-though I bet you'll come up with an even cuter name for me. Believe it or not, I really do live up to my name!

I love to taste! When I was just a tiny kitten, I loved tasting all the milk I got and would happily lick the syringe. Now that I'm a bit older, my tastes have matured, and I'm curious about everything my foster mom has (though she never actually lets me try any, much to my disappointment). I also like to give kisses on the lips-my foster mom calls them kisses, but honestly, I'm just checking for any leftover food!

I'm like a little dog when the grandkids are around and try to sample anything they drop on the floor. I discovered I like cornbread! But foster mom is always right there with that broom-fun to chase, but it makes getting a taste tricky.

Recently, foster mom started giving me some kitty treats to taste, and I turn into a ball of purring happiness with each treat while lounging on her lap.

I'm a gorgeous all-grey girl and my own unique kitty. I enjoy being independent, but I love snuggling too. I can be playful, chasing after toys and balls, but I'm also content to just bat a ball around a tube. Overall, I'm a sweet-natured, well-rounded kitten.

I keep myself and my litter box clean, and I'm comfortable around little ones-loud noises or crying don't bother me. I like playing with them, especially if they have toys like balls. I just enjoy being near people.

I sleep with my 14-year-old foster sister and love curling up on her bed with soft blankets. I'm a very good snuggler, especially if someone sits cross-legged so I can squeeze in. I love kneading soft blankets, and if you rub my ears, you'll hear my loud purrs!

If you're looking for an all-grey kitten with stunning eyes and a loving, easy-going personality, I could be the perfect match for you.

I hope to meet you soon, so I can "taste your fingers and see if we're meant to share a lifetime of love and happiness together!

Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Tasty will need to be adopted with one of their siblings (Toasty and Biggy).

The adoption fee for a kitten is $250. For a pair, the adoption fee is $500.

Note: Kittens must be 10+ weeks old before they can go home.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
