My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vlad here! I am a young terrier mix that was recently picked up by one of the nice guys of Animal Control. Whew! I was so glad to ride in the truck back to the shelter! Little did I know that I would get a nice big puppy cage with food and water when I arrived! And the best part was that I was safe. I could lay my head down and go to sleep and not worry or be afraid. I was never claimed by my family and now I am available for adoption. I have all of my vaccinations for my age, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. If you think you would like to meet me, just go to our website at www.montgomeryhumane.com and fill out the adoption application and send it in online. Someone will contact you to set up an appointment to meet me!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
