Meet Brody, a 61-pound dog with a friendly and playful personality! When first meeting Brody, he`ll show you all kinds of lovin`. He responds well on the leash during his walk and enjoys attention, eagerly nudging for more petting when it stops. He’s also comfortable with belly rubs and doesn’t mind having his tail or feet touched. Brody shows potential as a playful and eager companion. He loves toys and will chase and return them without displaying guarding tendencies. However, when it comes to food, he has shown potential to guard, so adopters should go slow and be cautious during feeding times. Brody also seems to do well with other dogs after proper introductions, but we HIGHLY recommend any dog Brody may be living with be brought in for a dog-to-dog. He met Bouncer, a dog with similar energy, and they had a playful run together, showing no aggression during their face-to-face meeting. He was alert but remained relaxed and easy to manage on a leash. Brody is eager to please and already knows some basic commands, like sitting on command. He would thrive in a home that gives him a little space when it comes to food but allows for plenty of play and affection.
