My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for some good Juju? Well, you’ll never be at a loss with me by your side! Hi! I’m Juju, and I wound up at SNIPSA after my beloved owner was faced with a change in housing due to their health. Sadly, I could not come along, and I was surrendered with the faith that SNIPSA would be able to find me a new home. So, let me tell you a little bit more about myself! As a Wheaten Terrier mix, I am bursting with fun-loving energy. I will always greet you with a giant smile and a tail wagging a mile a minute. I love discovering new sights and smells on walks, meeting new people, and gobbling up treats. And while I’m a total socialite, I’ll stick to my chosen person (you!) like glue. I will never stray far; in fact, I would prefer to spend most of my time in your lap. If you are seeking a dog with unbridled joy–even in the face of misfortune–please consider adopting me! Apply today and I’ll show you magic you never knew existed.

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
