Four month old Josie is a friendly and sweet kitten with a moderate energy level. If you’re looking for a wee little gal who boasts the best of all worlds wrapped up in one gorgeous package, look no further than Josie!

You’ll often find Josie relaxing and hanging out by the window, but her favourite place to be is by your side - She loves to stretch out and sit next to you, and Josie is always more than happy to keep you company.

With her naturally curious attitude, Josie is always on the move to try and find some new adventure. She would love it if you came with her as she explored the house!

While she’s off on an adventure, Josie is probably looking for some of her favourite toys - Ping pong balls and wiggly wand style toys are just a few of her top choices.

It’s easy to fall totally in love with Josie, her sugary personality is just the best! Once she’s comfortable in her forever home, she’s going to be the loveliest kitty around.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Our application can be found online on our website and submitted electronically.

2.
Interview

An adoption volunteer will conduct a phone interview with you.

3.
Approve Application

The adoptions volunteer will approve/decline the application.

4.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Visit our website to see our cats. Email adopt@furryfriendsbarrie.com with your choice. A zoom meeting will be held to "meet" the cat

5.
Meet the Pet

An appointment will be scheduled at the Pet Smart on Mapleview to meet and finalize the adoption.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

The contract will be completed, adoption fee paid and then the cat can go to his/her new forever home!

Additional adoption info

All cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
Adoption fees are:
Kittens $300
Cats $260
