My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Francisco has been waiting for someone to notice him.

This 2-year-old boy has had a rough journey, but with a little love and patience, he is starting to come out of his shell. Francisco is a playful, affectionate pup who loves to run, chase balls, and show off his smarts—he already knows “sit,” “down,” “up,” and “paw.” What Francisco loves most is human connection. He’ll gently lean into you for pets, his sweet eyes filled with hope, as if asking, “Are you the one?” He greets every visitor at the front of his kennel, tail wagging, dreaming of the day his forever family finally takes him home.

Additional adoption info

Please visit our shelter, we are open 7 days a week and adoptions opens daily at 11 a.m. All adopters will meet with an adoption counselor to complete an adoption application and then meet their potential new family member. Please bring your driver's license with you or a bill that has your current address on it. All pets are spayed or neutered prior to going home, so the pet may not go home the same day.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, preliminary vaccinations, deworming, treatment for fleas, microchip, limited 14 day health care plan courtesy of VCA Animal Hospitals, feline leukemia test for cats, heartworm test for dogs over the age of 7 months, and a bag of Purina ONE pet food.
