He needs to find his forever home with his very own fun Guinea Pig habitat. Guinea Pigs are happiest when they have another Guinea Pig companion. The companion should be the same sex, as Guinea Pigs are not altered. It is recommended by the Care Center but not a requirement. Lots of social time with them is the best.
