My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pixie—a five month old female black kitty! Pixie is a bold little black kitten with a dash of mischief and a heart full of affection! She’s the first to investigate anything new, often found perched on high shelves or peeking around corners to surprise her favorite people. Pixie’s playful side is unmatched—she’ll entertain herself for hours with the smallest piece of string and loves chasing her siblings, Tootsie and Gumdrop, around the house. But despite her spirited nature, Pixie has a soft side and loves winding down with gentle head rubs and purring herself to sleep on a warm lap. With her mix of spunk and sweetness, Pixie is the perfect little companion, always bringing a smile with her tiny adventures and loving snuggles. Pixie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She can’t wait to meet you!

So if you feel like you can be that caring and loving purrent, please reach out to Dirty Little Paws Rescue at Dirtylittlepaws@gmail.com or fill out my adoption questionnaire. I can hardly wait to be part of your life.

Additional adoption info

Our pet adoption process is fairly straightforward as outlined above. Basically, our potential adopters can contact us regarding pets they may be interested in, or can meet our pets, we will discuss the pet they're interested in, have them fill out an adoption application and ask some questions around that. If we feel the pet is a fit for the adopter we will then have them complete an adoption agreement perform a home check and collect the adoption fee. We will then deliver the brand new pet to their Happy Forever Home!

More about this rescue

Dirty Little Paws is a new non-profit rescue in Southern California. We rescue from kill shelters and from the street, manage feral colonies, and promote TNR (trap, neuter, release).
Our mission is to save the lives of as many cats as possible. We respond to daily emergencies,
fully vet each cat, release ferals back into their colonies, rehabilitate some, make sick cats well, hold adoption fairs, educate the public, and place a strong emphasis
on sourcing donations through events & fundraisers so that this work may continue.
