My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Joker is a former street cat who has just recently started to learn the wonders of indoor living. His journey to his new life began about a year ago, when we slowly began to win his trust with treats. We finally caught him for TNR and then he surprised us after a few days when he broke out of the pen we had him in and demanded snuggles; we haven't looked back since!

He is a very loving boy that needs to be pet and cuddled as much as possible. He's an energetic little lad who isn't afraid to start jumping on counters if he thinks dinner isn't coming fast enough since he is a very food-motivated cat. He's still learning how to play with toys but he needs no lessons for getting into a lap and purring for hours. While he is still a bit skittish when shown new things he gains confidence fast. He needs a calm home with an understanding owner who will help him come out of his shell. He is an indoor cat only. He has a pill he takes once a day for his heart.
