WILLOW 3yr medium 80# pyrenees f
Willow needs some networking help, please share . She's caught in limbo between wanting to be a pet and wanting to be a pyrenees. Very, very shy but really, really wants human affection.
She's been living on a beautiful little hobby farm with another pyrenees for a whole year protecting the goats, but recently one of the goats had a bite on the leg. No one saw the incident, could've been the other dog. Willow has to go.
She gets along perfectly with multiple other dogs including a chihuahua, border collie, pittie, and multiple visiting dogs. Still very shy and prefers her dog house outside, but hasn't ever offered to bite even when owner crawls in or reaches into the doghouse to leash or brush her daily.
Pyranees alert : Can easily clear a 6' fence but never went beyond the 10 acre property, and recalls happily even at long distance. She seemed to just need a break from work and enjoyed visiting the winery next door (can't say I blame her)!
Walks sweetly on leash. Seems to really want affection and likely never had any before this phase of her life. She hails from the Stockton Shelter - that information alone sums up her past. Kennels happily on command into her enclosure, makes a wonderful watchdog, absolutely not aggressive.
Would make a beautiful companion with minimal security measures in place. A roofed enclosure, maybe a canine companion, leash walks, and some understanding of this beautiful breed. The last thing we ever want is to set up our pups to make a mistake. With this new information let's find Willow the best fit for her next go-round and give her forever for the holidays.
We ask for a $300 donation for all of our adult dogs. All of our adult dogs are neutered/spayed, microchipped, have had their Rabies, Parvo(5-way), and Bordetella vaccines. Learn more about this dog and others on our website at http://www.rrdog.orgâ
All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.
The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300
(unless a reduced fee applies )
